Fees

   -- MLOC & Associates bills on an hourly basis and retains 15% of proceeds from sales/auctions.

   -- We do not take possession of any property and will not provide storage in our name, under usual circumstances.

   -- We make sure clients are billed directly by any third parties retained; thereby avoiding arbitrary “administrative fees.”

  -- Large-scale projects may be accepted on a monthly retainer basis.
