Estate Evaluation and Liquidation

MLOC & Associates offers a no-charge initial walk-through to determine the potential value of items, whether for sale or tax deductible donation.

Once the assignment has begun, we will inventory and photograph all major items to be relinquished and provide a written proposal outlining the various venues to which the property will be offered for sale, auction or donation.

As we often tell clients, “Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s valuable.” If clients believe they have a genuine antique, they should also have verification via insurance certificates, or a certified appraiser’s estimate. In the absence of this proof, we will provide an appraiser (with the approval of the client, and at their expense) to evaluate the item(s).

We will also arrange for the shipment or storage of any property, nationally or internationally, the client wishes to retain.
