Mary Lou O’Callaghan and Bob Ropiak are both former television executives who found years of corporate discipline, financial awareness, adherence to tight deadlines, mandatory organization and the ability to work under high pressure all combined to make them perfect partners in the business of dissolving estates and offering a much-needed service.

O’Callaghan, who served as head of Corporate Communications for both NBC News and USA Networks, developed an ability to negotiate successfully and operate under high stress situations with much energy and humor. A believer in the “more flies with honey” attitude, she has seamlessly navigated difficult assignments in her corporate life as well as in her current estate liquidation and relocation business.

Ropiak was a financial manager with several major corporations, including VP of Financial and Strategic Planning with USA Networks.  He offers a unique blend of financial savvy, sophistication and an even-tempered approach to any situation.  He watches his clients’ money as carefully as he watches his own and is highly adept at both negotiating and attention to details.
